Terms & Conditions

Labour charge is currently £38 an hour.

Cost of all parts is extra.

Travelling costs are included in our labour charge.

We will try to specify whether we will begin the job morning or afternoon. We will endeavour to be punctual. We will endeavour to let you know if we anticipate being late. We cannot be held responsible for delays for any reason. We cannot be held responsible if nobody answers the telephone when we try to contact you. We cannot be held responsible if nobody answers the door when we arrive.

Guarantee

All our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the invoice date. All parts supplied are guaranteed by us for 12 months or, if applicable, by the manufacturer's "return to base" warranty. Our guarantee cannot cover "acts of God" such as damage caused by lightning, "beyond our control" such as electricity surges or "user abuse" such as water spillage, dropping, overheating caused by blockage of ventilation apertures or damage by animals or children. (These are examples and are not exclusive).

Payment

Invoices must be paid in full on completion of the work.
