Price Guide

You may have read elsewhere on this site our general terms of business but this guide should give you a better idea of what a typical installation might cost. Every house on every street is different and everybody's requirements vary so this is just a general guide.

Digital Terrestrial

  • Aerial installed on a chimney or gable end £177.00
  • Aerial installed in a loft £135.00

These prices include all new mounting hardware, cable and labour, for a basic installation, for one TV, where signal strength is moderate to good. Extra height, high gain aerials, boosters, long, difficult or multiple cable runs would all incur additional charges.

Digital Satellite

  • Freesat standard installation - single LNB, one cable £85.00
  • Freesat installation with quad LNB and twin cables £120.00 (For recorders with twin tuners)
  • Upgrade existing dish to quad LNB + one cable £80.00
  • Humax Freesat HD and Freesat plus HD receivers available at the current retail price, connected and demonstrated to you for no additional charge, when ordered with an installation.

Freesat installations include satellite dish, cable(s) and all drilling, fixing etc. to a suitable wall, accessible by standard extension ladder from the ground. Pole, roof or chimney mounting is subject to survey and estimate.

Additional cable runs for Satellite or Terrestrial have a guide price of £45.00 to £65.00 each inclusive.

All the above prices are based on a maximum cable length of 20m routed externally - extra cable is charged at £2.25 per metre installed.

Home visits to investigate signal reception problems / give advice on digital options / provide bespoke quotations / set-up and install customers own equipment etc. are subject to our normal hourly rate of £40.00 with a minimum charge of £30.00.

Health and Safety

We take health and safety seriously and are trained and equipped for working at height. The risks of each job are assessed before we start and this may sometimes mean that we cannot comply with special requests or that we make additional charges where safety equipment, protective clothing and / or additional time are involved.

Examples of this would be mounting a satellite dish on a chimney for aesthetic reasons; running cables at high level to make them less obvious; working in lofts which are unboarded, unlit etc.
